M39, 165 cm, 58.5kg. Currently at 1700 cal a day, no idea on body fat, cheap scale says 17%. I lift 4 days a week (started 3 months ago, not relly heavy but I try to reach failure almost every time). What should I do? Go up to 2000 cal? (That seems to be my maintenance) or go up even more at 2200? Or keep cutting another 1,5 / 2 kg? Thank you all
