When ANC or Ambient mode is activated I hear a constant crackling noise in my left ear (louder in ambient mode). The touch sensor isn’t working too. After a minute the headphones shut down with a pop. I already opened them up but couldn’t find any moisture. I already tried to dry them out with a hairdryer, the first times it fixed it for a few minutes but this doesn’t work anymore. I didn’t use them in the rain or something equal. Do you have any advice?
