Sauna timing question for the lifters/runners here.

28F, lifting 4x/week, running 2x/week, half marathon in the Summer. Been using my Sweat Tent 4x a week (~20 min at 180) mostly for recovery and heat acclimation. Do you sauna on training days, rest days, or both? And if training days, right after or hours later?
