I have played this game countless times, but I have never just tried to go 100% in all three regions. I just finished John's region, but I have only completed 51/52 missions. I have no idea what the last one is. I wondered if it was a bug on Xbox, so I restarted it on PC, and again upon finishing John's region, it says 51/52.

To preface, I have completed the mission where you destroy the YES sign, and I have completed Nick and Kim's delivery mission. I have no idea if there's another secret mission that I'm missing.
