


l've gotta say their customer support is honestly not good, it'll take them a WHOLE Week to reply back smh my CS human is Jaz and I really hope they're not the only ones doing this job or a small a team of ppl cuase if they do they need more ppl cause there should be NO reason to wait a whole week to get a reply back even though I had messaged them the SAME DAY receiving their email. I get it with having different time zones I'm on Central Time 2 hours ahead of Cali, but after reading their last email saying it must be unworn... and not hearing from them for a week I took that as a can't do anything for you.. I even talked to ZellerField the company that MAKES the earthbenders they said they can't do anything for me cause I bought them from Skylrk and not them.. I got a quicker response time from Zeller on Instagram then I do from SkyIrk over email. I honestly can't be more disappointed with their response time.
**the last Picture is an email I just got from them today they sent this 11:06am cali time** | just sent another email back at 3:53 PM today (1:53pm in cali time) saying that I had tried to fix the hole with my Heating station (it did fix the hole btw) since I didn't hear anything back from them but I asked if they would still be able to take it in for repair/replacement so I'll probably get that reply message in a week with an answer... and to add more to the frustration they keep dead naming me even though I told them to call me by middle name.. bro this shit is dumb asf.
