I’m currently deciding between FLAME University, Jindal Global Business School (JGBS), and Symbiosis International University for a BBA/Global BBA program, and I’d really appreciate some honest insights.
Here’s my situation:
What I’m mainly looking for:
Right now, I’m slightly inclined towards FLAME because of the flexibility, exposure, and overall campus vibe—but I’m not 100% sure if that’s the smartest decision in terms of placements and long-term ROI compared to Symbiosis or even JGBS.
Would love to hear from current students or alumni:
Any honest advice or personal experiences would really help me make a more informed decision. Thanks in advance!
I’ve received admission offers from Jindal Global Business School (JGBS) for BBA (Hons.) in Family Business and FLAME University, and I’m also quite confident about getting into Symbiosis International University. I’m trying to figure out which of these would be the best choice for me—not just academically, but in terms of overall college experience.
I’d like to know how strong the academics really are in jgbs, how practical the curriculum is, and whether it genuinely helps in building business skills. I’m also curious about the campus culture—how competitive or collaborative it is, what kind of peer group I can expect, and whether the environment supports personal growth.
At the same time, FLAME is known for its liberal arts approach, which seems more flexible and exploratory. I want to understand if that flexibility comes at the cost of depth in business education or if it actually helps in developing a broader perspective that’s valuable in the long run.
If I get into Symbiosis, especially for a international BBA program, I know it has a strong reputation and placements. So I’m trying to compare all three in terms of placements, internships, exposure, and brand value.
Another important factor for me is campus life. I definitely want to enjoy my college years—participate in events, clubs, and social activities—but I’m not interested in a culture that revolves heavily around smoking, drinking, or that kind of lifestyle. I’m looking for a balanced environment where I can have fun while staying focused and disciplined.
Additionally, I would like to understand the alumni network and long-term opportunities each college provides, since that can play a big role in career growth beyond just placements.
Based on all these factors—academics, placements, culture, peer group, and overall experience—what should my preference order be among JGBS, FLAME, and Symbiosis? And is JGBS truly worth joining for someone with my priorities?
