Genuinely want to know if I’m recessed and should think about surgery

For context I am 16F. I have had a lot of medical conditions, one being a cleft palate and having Pierre Robin sequence as a baby. I did a jaw distraction pretty early on in my life at like 6 months and I think it helped…but I feel like I still look weird. My family is all like ‘wth you are talking about you’re not recessed’, and I don’t think it looks too extreme but it’s been making me panic a lot lately especially with body/face dysmorphia. Here are some pics of my jaw/chin from diff angles so you can get a good idea. Surgery is always a high risk for me, especially because of my complex spine that is very sensitive and actually caused a spinal cord injury all because of a ‘simple’ back surgery. So it’s gotta be worth it. I’m just feeling so discouraged and want to know if I’m crazy or need surgery. And if so, are there tips or special doctors that can deal with very complex medical cases you know of? Also I don’t know if you need to be 18 or not. First 2 pics are neutral face, third smiling.
