hello! i was the one who asked here if I would be fully protected if I had sex on May 8 when I started my birth control pills (Trust) on May 1. somebody said po na yes. i did not start it on my period and May 10 was the predicted period. and to be extra safe, we used condom po and did water test.

it hasn’t been two weeks since we had sex and i am experiencing spotting for the past three days now, cramps that was almost similar to the one i experience when i am having my period. i was sure it was spotting however now i have double thoughts kasi almost similar symptoms sa period ko.

i take pills on time naman po but i am scared that i might be pregnant. or yung na-eexperience ko po is a common side effect of taking pills?

i just recently started on trust birth control pills on May 1, and about to do the deed with my boyfriend on May 8. On May 7, I am one week on the pill already. my predicted period day is on May 10, so the deed will be two days from the predicted start of period. we’ve talked about this and condoms are non-negotiable (this will be our first time).

my question is, is our protection enough? when he’s wearing condom, should it be combined with withdrawal too? thank you po in advance!
