I've just purchased this refurbished laptop from newegg and the audio isn't working. I can't mess with the volume slider, the buttons do nothing either. I don't have any Bluetooth devices connected and I've been looking around in my device manager and the only audio related things i see are APO and sound, video and game controllers. with nothing but intel(R) Display Audio and voice clarity. I really just want to know whether or not I'll be able to fix this on my own or just simply return the thing. Thanks for any help you can provide.
