Hi everyone, looking for any insight on an unusual piece in my pen drawer. It is a Parker Arrow Flighter Rollerball, fully marked with the Parker logo, "Made in England", and the date code IC (Q2 1984). It features the classic minimal, 3-sided un-feathered arrow clip and a push-on cap.

What makes it unique is that the entire cap and body are completely covered in a deeply cut, repeating geometric pattern. The pattern consists of a matrix of "T" shapes made of 3 intersecting vertical and 3 horizontal lines. any ideas would be most welcomed.
