I have a FlashForge Adventurer 5M Pro with about a 110 hours of runtime. I originally began having problems when the bed ran itself into the nozzle. I manually releveled the bed, recalibrated, and replaced the nozzle. Everything was working fine after that for 6-8 hours of runtime. Now I have ran into a new issue. I started getting a no trigger on probe error, as well as a probe triggered prior to movement error. I replaced the build plate scale kit. Now when leveling, the bed does not rise high enough to contact the nozzle. It stops about a half inch short and then works it's way down during the leveling process, rather than looking for the nozzle. I have also replaced the z-axis limit switch, but no change was observed. Anyone have any ideas on what is happening and how it can be fixed? I have done a lot of research trying to solve this problem with no success and do not know what to do next.
