Examiner Falling Asleep

Hello. So I recently had a C&P Exam through Leidos/QTC for GAD/Mental Health. I arrived as scheduled and waited quite some time to be seen. The examiner let someone out and then came to get me about 20mins their previous client left. When I go to the back, we sit down and go through a few basics questions and I’m noticing that the examiner is falling asleep while supposedly typing my answers to the basic/general questions. This became the scene for the entirety of my appointment. They also took a personal phone call and some other things. I didn’t say anything because I didn’t want that to make them upset and then they base my appointment off of that. So now I don’t know what to do or how to report it, or if I even should report it. If I report it now, will it go straight to them and they’ll know it was me and retaliate, because I’m sure they haven’t completed my paperwork. They said they would read over my therapist notes and then do their write-up and send it back to the VA. If I do the complaint, does it make my claim go to HLR automatically? I’m so confused and unsure about what to do. For some context, if she’s reading my therapist notes, everything I said is there, so I would hope for a good write up, if she’s using my therapist’s notes, but with here falling asleep and me kinda all over the place from the situation, I really don’t know.

Is it the same?

I think I have confused myself a little. Can someone help me please.

I did an intent to file last year and I also have a denied claim that I wanted to do a supplemental on. The time frame for the supplemental was 2 days shy of the year timeframe from denial. So I put the supplemental in before I did my new claim. I was intending to use my intent to file for my new claim that I wanted to have increased. Because I did the supplemental first, did that attach to my intent to file, or does my intent to file still stand with the new/increase? Because I don’t see my intent to file date of 2025 on either. I was thinking that because the supplemental claim already has its own year mark to contest a decision, that I was good to go, but now I’m not sure. I hope this makes sense. But any insight is helpful. Thanks.
