Smoke some chickens on the pellet smoker. (Still planning out my next stick burner)
Did a simple overnight, brine and smoked 300. I stuffed them with poultry herb, blend, lemons, shallots, and some butter. Did the outside in a simple urban garlic rub.
I'm planning on welding myself up a smoker this summer. I'm still trying to figure out what I wanna do exactly with it and what style so I'm rocking my pellet smoker for the moment!
