My husband has received his spouse visa renewal however it takes us 4 months over the 5 years that we need for him to apply for ILR.
On his visa confirmation email it says that he can’t apply for his next visa until 28 days before his current visa expires. This would take us way over the 5 years and we obviously would want to apply as soon as.
Has anyone else applied a few months before the visa expires because they already hit the 5 years?
