UK Vehicle Pre Check App

Hi all,

I’ve created an app which allows you to get a vehicle pre check score for prospective purchases - it actually started as a registration to VIN tool as I thought it would be quite handy for E85 owners like myself when researching parts.

Obligatory pic of the car attached, 2003 3.0i, prob when it looked best with the 19” 326M alloys! Changed wheels to 18” 224M to improve ride comfort and the 326Ms have a history of cracking. Love this car.

UK Vehicle Pre Check

Hi all,

Come from an no code app building and automation background and seriously impressed by Lovable. I started by building an MVP in the form of a getting the VIN/chassis number from a UK vehicle registration, and after many iterations and repositioning to expand its scope, it’s now a way for prospective vehicle buyers to carry out a simple and lightweight check of a vehicle before paying for the usual reports.

It gives a confidence score based on MOT pass rate (UK annual inspection for vehicles over three years old), recalls being present, engine reliability outlook, warranty - and also still returns the VIN as well as engine number, useful info to know for vehicle and parts research.

Please use coupon REDDITFREE which has a limited number of lookups, otherwise it’s 99p for each lookup.
