As part of the recruitment process, you must complete our online Talegent assessment within the day, but we highly encourage you to take it in the next 2 hours upon receipt of this email.
As this is a critical step, any delays may impact the overall processing time of your application.
This online assessment will take about 30 to 45 minutes and will challenge your proficiency on the following skills. It is also a timed test so manage your time wisely.
Learning Agility - The ability and enjoyment of learning new information and skills.
Critical Thinking - Making decisions based on thorough analysis and logic.
Emotional Intelligence - Perceives and manages emotions in self and others.
Innovation/Creativity - Generating and implementing new and innovative solutions.
Tech Savviness/Curiosity - Learns new technical skills and knowledge quickly.
English Language Skill – Sentence construction and reading comprehension.

Here are some reminders before taking the assessment:
Ensure a stable internet connection.
Use Google Chrome as default browser.
Ensure that your device has a working microphone and camera.
Use devices with the following specifications:
- Desktops, laptops, and personal computers with at least 4gb RAM, recent to latest versions of processors available, 15” wide screen, and can be connected to the internet can be used to take the Talegent Assessment.
- For mobile devices, assessment requires at least a 4” to 5” touch screen, 1 gb RAM, 1.3 Ghz processor, and internet connectivity.
For mobile devices, rotate your device to landscape mode and set it to full screen.
Find a place where you can focus on answering the test.
Note: Before the start of the assessment, you will be tasked to take a clear photo of yourself which will be recorded by the system. The system will be taking screenshots every 45 seconds over the course of the assessment.
Furthermore, please be mindful and see to it that you are alone in a quiet room with good ventilation and lighting as to avoid distractions. A snapshot of your image will be captured for the purpose of identity verification.
