Give advice for treating SIBO pls
Hi everyone,
I periodically experience bloating and diarrhea, and for years now I've had a brain fog similar to derealization. The diarrhea is especially aggravated by smoking. I've read that there are different types of SIBO and that sometimes certain biofilms need to be eliminated. Please help me figure this out! I'm attaching my breath test results.
The day before the test, I ate only boiled rice, boiled chicken, and water. I didn't eat anything for 14 hours before the test. Before the test, I drank a glass of hot water and brushed my teeth according to the preparation instructions.
