Бастықтардың мінездері қандай ; + негізінен қандай стандарттар қолданылады (ГОСТ па, әлде шетелдік пе)?
4 жылдың ішінде халықаралық стандарттарға (жұмыс, білім, ғылым жағынан да) үйреніп қалғандықтан Қзда қалай болады деп уайымдап жүрм ше. өйткені техникалық қазақшам мүлдем жоқ деуге болады, техникалық орысшам да әлсіз. Сосын, қазіргі жұмысысда кәдімгідей рақаттанып жүрмін ше кейде жұмысқа кешігем, офисте тәпішкемен жүрем бастықтармен әзілдесеберем. Тіпті мен сұраған соң офиске кофемашина да алды. Осындай де Қазақстандағы жұмыс ортасы қалай болады екен деп ойлам жатырм.
Мұндай рақат не ерекше жерде жұмыс істеген соң Қздағы average фирма қалай болады екен?
Стандарттар дегенде қандай стандарттар қолданылады? Егер сату инженеры болсам немеce application engineer болсам? Клапан не сорғы салада CFD секілді құралдар қаншалықты көп қолданылады және жалпы артықшылық бола ма?

I have been living abroad for 4 years. Since I started my career here, all of my experience and knowledge were acquired in this place. Now my question is, how do engineers work in Kazakhstan? What do they do / how do they manage things, and how do they talk to each other? What are the bosses' mentalities like; + which standards are primarily used (GOST or international)?
Over these 4 years, because I’ve grown so used to international standards (in terms of work, education, and science as well), I'm honestly worried about how things will be in KZ. Because my technical Kazakh is practically non-existent, and my technical Russian is weak too. Also, I’m feeling incredibly comfortable at my current job—sometimes I show up late, I wear slippers around the office, and I just joke around with the bosses. They even bought a coffee machine for the office just because I asked for it. With all this, I'm just thinking about what the work environment will be like in Kazakhstan.
After working in such a relaxed and special place, I wonder what an average firm in KZ would be like? When it comes to standards, which ones are used? Especially if I work as a Sales Engineer or an Application Engineer? In the valve or pump industry, how widely used are tools like CFD, and would it generally give me an edge?
