Dry brushed and don’t regret it one bit
I know most people don’t recommend using a dry brush on eczema flair ups, and I’m going to catch flack for this. But I have eczema on the back of both knees. It itches like no other. Last night was REALLY BAD. So I went ham on the back of my knees with the dry brush. I needed that deeply satisfying itch that would tear up my skin like my nails do. It felt incredible. Afterwards I put some anti-itch cream on it and went to bed. It was no longer unbearable so I could actually sleep afterwards. 10/10 will do it again. Thankfully today it seemed to be slightly better with no damage done from the dry brush.
