I switched my phone and didn’t transfer my 2FA, I have my email and password for IG and even have a business suite (my IG is a company one) where both my business FB and IG are logged in.

I’ve tried to regain access many times over 2 months by verifying my account through video submissions and it never verifies the account.

Meta sends me in a loop with opening a case and closing it after video review.. I don’t have the old access code or my old 2FA.

It’s exhausting and is affecting my company.

I posted a video to our IG from business suite with my face on the post to help IG detect that it is me and it still won’t verify.

Seems broken and ridiculous, running out of ideas.

Can anyone help me? IG support is absolutely useless.
