everyone says hybrid mattresses are better than pure memory foam or pure springs but i dont really get the hype. something about combining both gives you support and comfort? my current cheap foam mattress is completely worn out and my back hurts every morning. been looking at simba cause they seem popular in the uk for hybrids but there's also a bunch of others. i sleep super hot and my current mattress traps so much heat i wake up drenched. need something that breathes better. also my boyfriend moves around a lot so motion isolation is a big deal for me.
