Just trying to identify exactly what I’ve got here. I’m not usually an antique person, but this was $40 at an estate sale and my gut said to get it.

I picked this up at an estate sale, thinking it looked far nicer than the sticker price. It’s gorgeous, but I’m by no means an expert. I’m trying to figure out what exactly I’ve got.
It felt like it should be worth a lot more than that. Did I do good? Any advice for what to do next to make this shine/restoring it? Any advice for researching exactly what I’ve got? Thanks!
