There was a graphic novel hardcover book that I got in the 2000's about two different species of anthropomorphic animals fighting on a continent. Their technology developed from basic stone age to medieval all the way to WW1 style weaponry. Does anyone have any idea what it could be? I want to say it was The War for Boethia/Bohemia something like that.
