2. Only one song per country may be sent! This is based on the primary artist of the song.

Ok, so I did mention comments OR upvotes on the last post, but I didn't exactly think through that really well tbh. Wahdon got 4 upvotes on one comment vs Vogue's 3 comments, two of them having 2 upvotes. I still want multiple people to have the chance to get some points, so I'm deciding on this from now on.
