So im still have trouble with ambulances spawning I have skyve ive downlaoded TMCE and Broken Nods Mod and still ambulances aren't leaving the hospitals. The hospitals are starting to get filled with patients however there being delivered by helicopter. Now that I have these mods to figure the problem out and I have done the bus line trick what do I do now?
