Made this painting for someone I've been talking and plan to give to her on our first date. I understand it could be a lot, but it's her birthday the next day and it felt weird to not get her something? Maybe it's just me.

I just don't wanna show up to a date knowing it's her birthday the following day and I have nothing for it.

We've been hitting it off really well so it felt right to do.

She's seen a couple of paintings of mine and she really loves them so I figured why not. ANYWAY.

Either way, I usually just draw a lot of these and never get a chance to paint them so it was a bit of a challenge to work out, but it was fun.

So I started on 20mg and it was great! It started to feel like not as effective a month later so my Psych cautiously bumped me to 30mg.

Felt like I was on track again but a few weeks later started feeling a bit distracted again.

My psych suggested to take a break off of it for a few days and see if what difference that makes. So I'm day 2 into t break and I feel a bit...insane. lol my mind is racing and I've gotten nothing done.

Do you guys also take a tolerance break when you start to feel like it isn't working? I'm new to all this and this is my first stim so I apologize if what I'm asking is a bit ignorant!

I know it's a thing to not "feel" that I guess high and it's what my psych warms me about as a slippery slope. She doesn't usually prescribe anything past 40mg as her patients kind of just see diminishing returns.

Usually when I do take it around 9am I'm it feels like it wears off around 2-3pm and I still have so much of the day I need to get through.

I guess do you y'all take anything else to kind of get you through the day or take a t break when you feel the effect isn't like it was? I eat a good hearty breakfast, stay hydrated, and eat regularly.

Thanks in advance!

From a photo I took the other week while with a friend. I couldn't help but giggle about it. Something whimsical about tall cacti sticking out of a small Toyoter'
