Need help teaching our puppy to not jump on our cat.

Our american bully mix puppy(about to be 11 weeks) loves human interaction and other animals, dogs especially and does fine with my cat(about 2 years old) sometimes. However, he gets jumpy and tires to nip at her.

I’ve been teaching him to stay calm and also teach him not to chase the cat even she runs away.

Dog and cat parents how did you guys manage your puppy around the cat and how long did it take for puppy to finally chill out and actually hang out with the cat instead of play rough. Open to any or all suggestions

My cat also likes to instigate. I’m trying to teach our pup to stay chill regardless.
