Hi everyone,

I’m looking for some advice regarding recent flight cancellations by Etihad in Abu Dhabi. Due to the cancellation, I had to stay much longer than planned and incurred significant costs for accommodation and meals.

Has anyone successfully reclaimed these expenses from Etihad recently?

Also, I’ve heard there are specialized companies that can handle these claims for a fee/commission. Does anyone have recommendations for reliable firms that had succes with Etihad?

Is it true that everyone started these play-offs with a clean slate and that you’re suspended for one match if you receive three yellow cards?
