Hi everyone,

I’m trying to figure out the best layout for my living room and could use some input. I made three options for the couch, TV, and coffee table, but I keep going back and forth.

Option 1:

  • Corner sofa: long side along the window wall, short side extending into the room
  • TV on the large dark wall
  • This feels like the most natural setup and keeps the space relatively open.

Option 2:

  • TV on the smaller dark wall
  • Couch adjusted accordingly
  • This is probably my least favorite. I like the idea of a wider “TV wall” rather than the TV being limited to a smaller section.

Option 3:

  • Corner sofa flipped: long side extending into the room, short side (chaise longue style) along the wall
  • TV on the large dark wall
  • In this setup, the long side of the sofa sits more into the living room. The dining table will be placed roughly where the photo is taken from, so the sofa would end up quite close to it. Because of that, the sofa would need to be pushed closer towards the TV wall, which might make the whole seating area feel cramped, with the coffee table, couch, and TV all relatively close together.

Curious which option you’d choose, or if you’d approach it completely differently.Thank you!
