[TOMT][MUSIC] Pokemon song name (snippet of song linked in text)

I'm looking for the name of a Pokemon song. It appears in this Pokemon parody video from 0:10 to 0:18 (in the background of the voice lines).

I think I remember the song from Pokemon games in early 2000s, but I'm not sure. I tried to hum it with Google, but that didn't work. I also couldn't find it listening to Gen 1 soundtracks... Any help is appreciated!
