Advice

Hi! I'm Dimmer [19F] and have been dealing with Colonic Inertia and many other GI issues since 8. I've only been diagnosed and medicated for all of them since I was 18.

I'm getting to the point where an ileostomy is seeming like my only option for the pain relief I'm looking for, but the whole idea scares me. I'm super anxious and have pretty bad depression, so i have a hard time with general hygiene. I'm scared about improperly taking care of the stoma+bag and how I'll end up feeling about it mentally. I don't want to shut down and become bedridden out of fear.

I've been looking into the whole process, recovery and afterwards how life will be. I'm honestly looking for support and relief that it will be a good decision for me in the long run, and I shouldn't be scared. I'd love to know if there's any recommend wikis, articles, posts, anything that is informative for me to read!

I have a pretty bad diet too, lots of fast food and junk. What are things that would be good for me to start eating more regularly, and what should I expect my diet to be like after getting the surgery?

For added context I also have GERD, a hiatal hernia and a tight pelvic floor, which contributes to a lot of my daily pain, bloating, nausea, constipation and generally feeling horrible. Thank you so much in advance for anyone who can help<3

Small red dots on arms after hospital visit

Hi! I'm Dimmer, 19F. Im 5'2 and weigh roughly 100 pounds. I was in the hospital a few days ago for severe constipation and abdominal pain. I've dealt with GI issues my whole life, and have been diagnosed with GERD and acid reflux. I'm in the process of figuring out if I may have colonic inertia with my GI providers. I missed my medication, Linzess 290mg, which i take once daily for 9 days. It backed me up very bad and I hadn't had a bowel movement in 12 days, so i went to the hospital. Since I've been home they put me on a bowel regimen, which i believe is slowly starting to work. I got home around 4/5pm and fell asleep until rather late before I woke up. When I did I noticed I had all these red dots on my arm around the area of the IV. I've never had an IV in my arm for so long(almost 24hrs) and I know i didn't have these when I left. They don't hurt or feel bumpy and I wouldn't have even seen them if I wasn't wearing a short sleeve. Around 6am today I noticed I had more on my other arm, which I had nothing done to. I have zero clue what these things are?? I want to go to an urgent care to have them looked at, but my mom is being stingy about taking me. Any advice?

Finding NCRL

Could somebody help me figure out which year this gal is from? Also any advice on how I could find these myself? I've seen people link a website, but my device says it's not safe- which I know happens sometimes, but it makes me nervous to use it :(

Stud or Dud!

Just finished my main and alt king+queen! They're mostly Oasis markings and some applicators, so I assume "value" isn't too high, but i'm personally playing for aesthetics over value! I'm happy with how they look and don't mind if they're not considered profitable! Going off that, would you stud purely for looks, or pass? :D
