Queen Meri

Sorry in advance for the loud AC in the background. Feel free to mute the video. There no sound worth hearing lol.

Queen Meri has successfully eaten for us twice and had 5 handling sessions. The first few were understandably vocal, but no striking. Today no hissing at all except a tiny one when my thumb startled her but then she went right back to checking things out. She even came back to my hand after I returned her to her home afterwards.

She is a brave girl and Im so proud of her.

Queen Meri is home safe and sound

I am in love with this little girl. She feels so delicate and tiny. She hissed a bit when we opened her travel cup up, but no strikes (not even bluff strikes). She was curious and explored every inch of her new baby enclosure. Now she is resting quietly in a hide on her hot side.

The hard part will be leaving her alone for 2 weeks to rest lol.

She is even more beautiful in person and I cannot believe how lucky we are to have her as part of our little family.

Queen Meri

Well it's official. My husband and I have ordered my dream snake. We currently have 2 BIs and a cornnsnake and love each of them. However a BCO has been my goal since we began our snake journey. Last night this beautiful girl was posted on morphmarket and we jumped to get her. Shes going to arrive Wednesday.

Until then Ill be setting up her baby tote and eagerly counting down the days.

I am absolutely smitten with her.
