Hi yall, I’m looking to eat a bit more varied foods as I tend to be pretty picky, but I’m working to grow out of some of those habits. I’ve always struggled with certain food textures, particularly in meat and other unique foods, and eggs have always been at the top of the list. Recently I had scrambled eggs for the first time in a while and came to the happy realization that while I still don’t LOVE them, they’re actually not as bad as I used to think. I would love to explore more recipes and ideas to expand my palette!
Others that I have tried and not hated are ramen eggs (specifically), hard boiled with LOTS of salt and pepper/seasoning, and next I think I want to revisit eggs salad as another food I don’t love is mayonnaise. In the context of other things I don’t seem to struggle with it as much!
