Hello!

So we got rejected from round one of Baltimore city pre-k. In a horrible twist of fate, my spouse just lost his job and will be filing unemployment- which does change our financial situation considerably. We did before- but now especially NEED pre-K. What are my options?? Has anyone gone through the summer enrollment/transfer and can give me guidance?
