Tree did not have any fruit last year when we bought the house, but looks very full this year. Cut open one of the many that have fallen to the ground.

Can anyone help identify the variety and maybe how old the tree is? Thank you in advance.

Some of these got into the house through an open window tonight. Went outside and see them all over the windows on one side of the house. Have never seen them before. Older house, had entire house tented for termites before moving in last year.

Very zoomed in picture. About the size of a fruit fly but see bigger ones outside.
