been moved into my new build for 5 years now , looking to board out the rafters in the middle using 18mm thick OBS3 boards .
what are these cross beams in the middle , just these are blocking me from laying the boards flat on the rafters , the boards im on about are in a X shape from corner to corner .
Think most will miss this - i definitely have slept on it
if you have max companions 6 - has to be the expensive orange gem ones ! you can get your daily rewards to be pretty good , long term not sure how this works out but silver stardust could leave to plenty skins long term

done 2 cycles years apart a while back - difference was i was like 25% body fat then and young and drinking a lot and still partying .
now i’ve lossed shit ton of weight and sitting at 16 stone and 17% bf.
struggling with plateaus now and feel like i need to jump on something . i hate the thought of needles and food suppression , i eat a shit ton but stay within me 2.5k cals
thinking i might do some osta and cardarine and see what happens , anyone give any advice or experiences ?
local place got some osta-lean stack which is 10 osta and 7.5 cardarine
debating giving it a go to speed up the cut results .
