I am a newbie looksmaxxer/Leanmaxxer who is 25% body fat bulked wanting to get chisled and lean. I am on 3MG of osterine 500 Cals daily deficit. I have high BP week 8, I am also combining it with .25 MG of enclo and my daily 10MG of adderall for ADHD.

Week 8 I have nausea, high BP, liver inflamed a bit I feel like. I have had zero blood work, but I have a meticulous 50 page log of daily symptoms.

By the way how are all of y'all taking 10,20, 30MG of osterine- its either bunk/watered down or your lucky. My liver punihses me if I go beyond 3.

Want to run a cycle of ostarine, planing on buying enclo but found a stash of clomid, is it possible to start with clomid, then switch once my enclo arrives? Also what dosage? Thanks all

Ok SARM Gobblers I have a conundrum....

I have 50ml (1ml/25mg) of Ostarine and 30ml (1ml/12.5mg) of Enclo.

As it is my first cycle I plan on doing 10-12mg ED of Ostarine for 8 weeks (56 Days) and want to support it with Enclo. My problem is there is not enough to support 56 Days and another 4 weeks of PCT.

I had planned on doing 6.25 EOD from day 2 for 6 weeks, upping to 6.25 ED Weeks 7 and 8, then 12.5 ED for 10 Days PCT and then taper to 6.25 ED until gone... This will give me ~20 days PCT.

I will get bloods done again at 4 weeks and again after PCT.

It has been an extremely long wait for the order to arrive so I have to base this on not being able to get any Enclo quickly.

Anyone have any other suggestions, like is Enclo more important during cycle or should I try and stretch it out longer for the PCT as a priority meaning I take less during the cycle?

Has anybody run a cycle of 20 mg osterine with 15 mg rad 140 per day? Using 12.5 mg enclo to reduce test suppression. I’m thinking about adding the testelone to the osterine cycle and wondering if anyone has done this before.

On week 4 of my 12.5mg a day cycle and started to feel mild heart pain and heart palpitations. Is this normal? I’m considering pausing my cycle but don’t wanna lose the gains

Guys, i was suffering with Rotator Cuff ligament minor tear and i took ostarine 15mg for a month to preserve muscle mass since I wasn't training. Tbh, it took 2 weeks since i started to notice that i haven't lost anything. Now its 5 weeks (almost) i m not working out but on ostarine to preserve muscle mass and its really working.

I have a question I don't wanna take ostarine after this week. When can i start my Ostarine cycle again while i am working out? Is taking 1 month gap enough or it should be more?? Please need a guidance

Started 20mg cycle about 4 weeks-month ago no enclomaphine, I’ve gotten sum solid strength and mass gains while staying lean and maintaining a visible 6 pack. My only concern is I’m pretty sure it made my hair start thinning, I’m only 20 years old so this is a major concern for me. I haven’t had any issues with testosterone like libido, energy, ect but my I’m pretty sure my hair got thinner. My question is can I save my hair and reverse the thinning caused by ostarine? If so I’ll prob quit taking it if not I’ll prob js say fck it n finish cycle.

When cycling ostarine (25mg) and enclomiphene (12.5mg), should I be using them at the same time or should I use the enclo as a PCT? Does it matter?

Looking for feedback on my planned first cycle. I've done a lot of research and want to make sure I'm approaching this correctly before I start.

**Stats:**

- Age: 26

- Weight: 81kg

- Training: 4x per week, no skips

- Diet: clean rice, chicken, fish, lean beef, lots of water

- Currently: on a cut, down 9kg in 4 months

- Goal: lean body composition (fat loss while preserving/building muscle)

**Planned protocol:**

- Ostarine (MK-2866): 10mg/day for weeks 1–2, then 20mg/day for weeks 3–8

- Enclomiphene: 12.5mg/day throughout the full 8 weeks (to keep natural testosterone stable and avoid needing PCT)

- NAC (N-Acetyl Cysteine): 600mg/day throughout for liver support

**Why this stack:**

I chose Ostarine because it's the mildest SARM with the most human research behind it. I'm adding Enclomiphene to keep my HPTA intact during the cycle so I don't need PCT afterwards. NAC for liver protection as a precaution.

**My questions:**

1. Does this protocol make sense for a first cycle on a cut?

2. Is 12.5mg Enclomiphene enough to keep testosterone stable, or should I go higher?

3. Should I still do a mini PCT after, even with Enclomiphene throughout?

4. Any other additions or adjustments you'd recommend?

I'm not looking to get huge just want to preserve muscle and accelerate fat loss during my cut. I understand the risks and I'm going in with realistic expectations.

Just took the first one today got mine from Hardbody Edge not sure if its legit. Anyone had experience with them? And know how to tell if its not working?

I used S-4 (Andarine) for 5 weeks and honestly I was expecting better results. The side effects people talk about especially night vision problems I didn’t really experience except for acne on my back, chin, and neck and extremely oily skin which was pretty unpleasant.
What I definitely noticed was harder muscles and a better pump but nothing beyond that.
I’m not sure if this is actually a side effect but I feel like my appetite has increased a lot and I really can’t control it.
I’ve read mixed reviews about cardarine usually people use it if they want to improve cardio performance or ostarine since it’s supposed to help preserve muscle during a cut and maintain what you’ve built but I haven’t really seen significant fat loss results reported.
Does anyone have any advice?
I’m seriously considering something that suppresses appetite like tirzepatide but I’m honestly afraid of ending up looking flabby or losing muscle mass as well.
I know there are different alternatives diet training calorie deficit and I’m really trying my best but I still have these thighs that I just can’t seem to define no matter how good my deficit or training is I really need some advice or an alternative.

Is there any risk in using MK677 and Ostarine simultaneously in a cycle? I’m thinking 10mg MK677+10mg ostarine (short lean bulk cycle)

I’ve been taking ostarine from some company I have no clue about, instead of sticking with chemyo like I have had in the past. I double my dose from 12.5mg from the previous use of ostarine to now a different company with 22mg and I’m gaining weight like really fast and I’m concerned I’m not taking ostarine and instead it’s spiked with Dianabol. I’ve put on 8 pounds in a week and I have no idea if it’s because the dose increase or it’s not what it says it is.

Just wondering how ostarine went for other and how other peoples hormones were affected and if they were able to get back to functioning normally after pct on ostarine. Ik ostarine is not super suppressive and hear many have zero troubles pct. I also assume 99% of people used enclomiphine citrate or similar. Just looking for some extra advice for my 8 week 15mg/day ostarine and 6.25mg enclo citrate eod (12.5mg/day enclo pct) cycle.
