Just got an email saying that I was referred to the hiring manager but below was also an excerpt saying, "due to a high volume of applications for the position, only veterans preference eligible participants in the highest category were referred to the hiring agency".

So I guess I haven't really been referred but kept as a backup?

What are the chances of getting a request from the hiring agency?

Bro, anybody having trouble applying to ssm health? How the hell am I supposed to fulfill my hours if they don't take my application? Workday portal is sh\*tty as heck and no HR. Why does everybody keep sending me to people services when they aren't really a hiring or recruiting team?
