ngl ive always wanted to play on DonutSMP but struggled cuz i never really felt a part of something, team flood would be exactly what I'm looking for and im wondering how easy it would be to get into and if there like a community discord or something ?? how long would it take to grind roughly to then be able to start flooding and finding bases etc ?

Ive just finished playing an online game of BOTC for the first time when we were all newbies except one or two people. you'll see the circle of players and ive covered names for privacy incase people are lurking, especially the host as i bet he will be lol. im basically wondering how to play this game well as both roles, as ive been invited back to S2 to play again after my win as the imp, I'll give a timeline of events and show why it felt kind of easy, it will be a long post so you've been warned 😆l
Bluffs used: Poisoner as librarian, Scarlet woman as soldier, and imp (me) as empath. baron left without a bluff
Night one: Poisoned washerwoman
Day one: i to go to washerwoman and say i trust me and baron (who before the traveller came in was my neighbour) she lets slip that shes the washerwoman and either baron or slayer is the investigator (poisoned information). Slayer is extremely confused or doesn't care, and uses his slayer shot day one and everyone believes him to be the slayer. This leaves baron to be the investigator but he pretends to be offline while scarlet woman (very trusted person in this community) goes around trying to find all the roles. we now have information of all but three roles, those being monk, drunk, and saint. Slayer is executed for UT information.
Night two: Poison UT, Imp kills monk
Day two: Me and baron orchestrate a frame up on drunk and saint using barons investigator bluff, and pose either drunk or saint to be poisoner. Before we can go public with this, drunk claims to be chef and is very outspoken about it, leaving us with the saint who has been very quiet and not said anything about roles. Drunk then starts a nomination of the saint, washerwoman and "investigator" (baron) come forward with their information and we go around convincing people that the information is true, using my empath bluff to help with that too. We then execute the saint, and the evils win.
all in all this seemed pretty easy, we played with the trouble brewing script and so im really just looking for tips regarding how to play well next time i play. Thank you for reading this all if you do !
