
Help with Copycat Recipe
I had a Ferrero Manderly for the first time recently. It changed me. I must acquire more. I am a real novice so I don’t know enough techniques to try and recreate this. If anyone has any ideas of where to start or suggestions of what to try I’d be very appreciative.
I have no fear of failure or difficulty here. I do have some experience with more difficult recipes, and I will gladly run many trials until I perfect the method, but I am terribly poor and busy so some guidance would be appreciated. Mainly I don’t really know where to start. It’s hazelnut, almonds, probably white chocolate. I don’t think it’s technically baked in an oven apart from the hazelnuts. That’s all I have right now.
