Fragmentation: Busted or Fanwank?

Is this a way to potentially alter your perks however you want?

I suppose first you have to decide if Perks are considered abilities, as the Perk in question reveals.

Taken from Generic Artifact Warrior:

Fragmentation (300cp): You are able to spawn artifacts of power from yourself, transforming your abilities into individual artifacts that you can then wield or give to your allies. This does mean that the abilities are no longer inherent to you but a part of the spawned artifact. For example, you could shed your super strength into a pair of gauntlets that you can then give to an ally to give them your super strength. You can choose to only give part of an ability out in this manner, such as the gauntlets described above only giving a portion of your super strength rather than all of it, or isolating specific spells to form an item rather than access to an entire magic system. At any time, you can despawn the artifact you created with this perk, regaining the power for yourself. If you also have the My Will is My Blade perk, then any improvements made to the artifact may reflect on the power when you reclaim it in this way.

This is if you don't have the My Will is My Blade perk as stated above.

Secondly, if you were to spawn off a Perk into an item and fuse it with another, would it still be considered a fragment since you've fundamentally changed its origin?

I forgot where this item comes from but--

-ClutterBusterTM Combination Chest (100 CP) Tired of having nine suits of armor just hanging around in your Warehouse that you never get to use? How much of a hassle is it to carry sixteen different swords, just in case you need a particular property to defeat the demon of the week? With the ClutterBusterTM Combination Chest, those issues are worries of the past! Just place two fiat-backed items with a similar function into the chest, select options from the handy menu, and when the process is complete, you will have a single merged item. Options allow for you define the specifics of how the items merge, though it is common to have switchable modes. The combined item tends to have all of the properties of all of the source items, though depending on the physical form it is currently in, some functions may be limited. For instance, if a space suit were merged with an armored trench coat, the combined item would be armored in any form but might not provide much environmental protection while looking like the coat. Placing a merged item into the box again can allow you to adjust the item’s parameters, but the items cannot be un-combined. The chest typically appears as a footlocker-sized box, but the control panel allows it to grow to the size of a large closet on demand (approximately 3m x 3m x 3m). While the Combination Chest can merge non-sapient living specimens (provided they have fiat backing), the results can be unpredictable due to the limited controls. Merging six different horses is probably fine, but combining a Deathclaw and a pet dragon can result in a lot of excitement for everyone.

With ClutterBuster you have greater control over the scope of abilities inside the merged object. Since you can also despawn the artifact, I assume that means it remains fiat-backed while separate from you. Therefore you could merge the artifact with another item to add whatever additional powers you want. BUT the items have to have similar functions so you can't mix a Perk shaped like a flask of water with a Perk that makes a sword.

However, from Noita:

Tinker Wands Everywhere [-600CP] You gain the ability to infuse any item with a copy of any perk you currently possess. You may place any restriction or limitation on the item as you please. Additionally you may remove any perks you have infused into an item upon physical contact.

So if everything has worked out so far you then find an object similar to the artifact and infuse it with the other perk you want. Merge them. Despawn, which reabsorbs the fragment WHICH is now altered by the additional Perk.

With all the other Jumpers out there who have gone through so many worlds and found ways to game the system, is this possible?

*Side Note-- adding Generic Buffy's Magical Inversion to really change up what's possible during the merge.

600cp Magical Inversion: All things exist in the balance, even the supernatural. This power allows you to take any powers backed by jump fiat and allows you to inverse the effects. A ritual to share the powers of the slayer with all potential slayers could just as well be used to take away Dracula's super vampire powers from Toru's vampire clan after they learned his secret. Healing magic causes flesh to decay, shrinking to the size of an ant now grows to the size of a skyscraper, an AOE strength buff for your allies becomes an AOE debuff for your enemies, invisibility becomes blinding light, invading someone's mind could drag them into your mind, etc.

*Side Side Note-- if for whatever reason the artifact cannot be recalled, would Efficient Inventory circumvent that?

...I thought I marked it down but can't remember the jump, but I'm pretty sure it was called Efficient Inventory and it allowed you to store items and use their special effects while they were still inside the pocket space.

Anti-Aging Time Freeze With A Twist

So I know there are multiple perks to mess with time and aging and all that, but I have an idea that needs some tweaking and/or additional perks to hopefully get what I'm looking for.

Basically I want it so that time doesn't pass inside the entirety of the Warehouse and not just something like a modified Hyperbolic Time Chamber, you and anyone else inside can move around and stay there for literal years without time passing in the real world, but your own personal time doesn't continue on. So if you're inside for a century and then step back outside, you're still the same age as you were when you entered and no time has passed outside.

At the moment I have the idea to get a perk that lets you add powers and perks to items, have the time stop and anti-aging put inside those items and get some sort of AOE effect, but I'm unsure what additional perks or items I could find to get as close to this idea as possible.

Remove Negative Drawbacks From Mundane Items?

Ugh, I know, another strange question but I'm curious: are there any perks or items that remove inherent issues with regular, non-CP bought or fiat-backed items?

Say you went to a store and bought a pack of regular cigarettes. Is there something that would allow you to remove the harmful detriments like causing cancer or damaging the lungs? And I don't mean possessing a perk that just nullifies the negatives for the jumper. I mean outright removes the issues so anyone else could smoke the cigarettes and not deal with the problems either. Or maybe your character wants to eat a lot of chocolate and removes how it would spike their blood sugar. Or they want to down a whole bottle of whisky purchased from a corner store without suffering alcohol poisoning. Basically cleansing these normal, everyday objects of their real life potential drawbacks and...making them safe and/or healthy, I guess.

Linked Bank Account?

Hello, is there any sort of perk that allows you to link a Jumper's bank account to something they own, like a wallet? Or maybe just an ATM machine they can plonk inside the Warehouse for withdrawal.

Basically a way to put money in and out of your account without needing to actually find a location.

To Survive With An Oxygen Generator?

Are there any perks that allows a person to create air in some manner, to allow for breathing in a room that has little to no oxygen? Whether it's technology, a super plant, or something else to recycle or return the air.

I'm not looking for 'no need for breathing' perks. This is to help keep the character and others from suffocating in an enclosed space via an outside source.

Attachments/Properties Summoning?

Hello all, just curious if there is any perk or item that allows you to call on land and/or attachments to the warehouse and place them in the current reality, as well as dismiss them back to the warehouse. The only thing I've seen so far is the If You Can't Hold It modifier for the Cosmic Backpack, which sounds great, except it's only for that warehouse alternate.
