I want to upgrade my GPU and don't have the biggest budget. I'm wanting to upgrade my a RTX 3060 12 GB to a 16 GB 5060 TI, my motherboard is a Z390 Pro so it only runs PCIe 3.0, am I gonna have any problems?

Edit: my PSU is a 1000 watt and my CPU is an I7-9700k, I would upgrade my CPU and mobo but moneys a bit tight rn and can't afford a $1300 upgrade right now

I'm looking into upgrading my PC and I'm planning to buy a new Z690 motherboard with a 16 GB 5060 TI and a I9-12900KF, currently I have a 1000 watt power supply, should I go up to a 1200 watt or is the 1000 watt more than capable of handling this upgrade

I am unsure as to what brand my PSU is but it is a pretty good one from what I can remember, my CPU is a Intel I7-9700k, my GPU is a 12 GB MSI NVIDIA RTX 3060
