“Marketplace” issues?

I bought a bunch of stuff in the anniversary sale. I ended up returning three things, two were accepted and refunded, and one was rejected because I returned the wrong item. Except I didn’t. I have every other item I purchased in my home. This last item was purchased through a marketplace vendor, so apparently Nordstrom said it can’t do anything about it - the decision is with that vendor.

Has anyone else had an issue like this? And if so how did you resolve it? I have contacted Nordstrom and said my purchase was on Nordstrom’s website, the charge on my Nordstrom credit card was from Nordstrom (not said marketplace vendor), so my relationship is with Nordstrom. I don’t spend tons of money with them but they are my preferred retailer and I’m pretty loyal to them. I disputed the charge in my (Nordstrom) credit card but I am not holding out hope for this to be resolved. It’s not a huge amount but it is the principle. I shop at Nordstrom for the brands but also for the supposed customer service. Any advice / commiseration appreciated.

Suddenly reactive 2 yr old

My 2year old yorkiepoo has suddenly become reactive to certain dogs on walks. Of course they are all big dogs (like Shepards). Most of the time he is more submissive, he’s never even humped another dog. I know he’s maturing and personalities change but this is pretty much a 180 turn. He’s definitely more interested in people vs dogs, but he’s super friendly and always wants to say hi to other dogs (I always ask first though).

I’ve had him since he was 12 weeks old, we live in a city so he’s had lots of exposure to other dogs (in fact his first friend was a giant golden retriever) so this new behavior is really shocking - and concerning. Any suggestions for training I should do to curb this now?

Hair dye on wall!

Help please! I was coloring my hair and must have gotten dye on my robe and when I hung it up to shower, it transferred to the wall. So now I have a brown streak on the wall. In the bathroom. And you know what that looks like. 💩

Any suggestions on how to remove it without damaging the paint?
