Daily progress

I am 30F, Doctor weighing 87kgs as of June 1,2026
I am planning to lose 22kgs. But I lack consistency.
So just updating daily progress here for my own self to see how it goes..This isn’t the first time I am trying to lose weight but I tend to gain weight fast.

Goal-
Daily calories intake-1600-1700
Protein-80grams
Workout routine - Reach 8k steps daily(starting slow)
4times /week - Dumbells and strength training in home

Hope I will reach my target 🎯
