Guidance on CA along with cpa

Hello guys

I need some career guidance regarding CA and CPA.

I cleared CA Inter in Jan 2026 and I have also purchased the CPA course from Miles Education. Right now I am confused about whether I should:

  1. Join CA articleship immediately, or

  2. First complete 1–2 CPA papers (especially FAR) and then join articleship.

Currently it is already mid-May and I am still not fully prepared for FAR. At the same time, I am worried that delaying articleship may affect my CA Final timeline and overall career growth.

Since CA Final, 2-year articleship, and CPA preparation together seem difficult to manage, I wanted to understand from someone experienced:

- What would be the right decision in this situation?

- Is it practical to manage CA Final + Articleship + CPA together?

- Would completing a couple of CPA papers before articleship give any advantage?

- What type of articleship firm should I target if I want good career growth, international exposure, and strong earning potential in future?

My main goal is long-term growth, skills, and good financial opportunities. I don’t want to take a decision now that I may regret later.

I would really appreciate your honest guidance and experience.

Thank you.
