Took y'all's advice from the other day

I posted the other day asking for advice because I felt "dusty." I did just get a chem exfoliant and vanicream vit c. I parted my hair differently and took some time to throw on some make-up. I also got an online prescription to start tret on the low dose.

I hope that the couple of changes in the last few days are improvements, but again, I'm still open to suggestions. I'm hoping long term to see some benefits from the tret.

My face just looks so dusty and blah. I can't figure out what to do

Hi y'all. I'm at a loss at this point and am seeking help. I had rosacea and generally have dry skin. I feel like the last year or so, my skin just looks "dusty" in pictures. I moisturize like crazy. I wear sunscreen. I just want to look fresh again. Below is what I do daily:

AM

Rinse face with water in shower

After shower apply biossance copper peptides

Metro gel for rosacea

Hado labo gokujyun premium lotion and milk moisturizer

Eucerin sun allergy spf

PM

Wash with vanicream face wash

2x per week I use effeclar adapalene

Hado labo gokujyun lotion

Biossance ectoin overnight rescue

Cover half my body in Vaseline

I've been thinking maybe I need to add in an exfoliant and maybe vit c, but I'm not sure if those would cause my rosacea to freak out. I would love any suggestions y'all may have. Thank you!
