Has anyone had this?
So, a couple weeks ago after a referral it said I had 100 account credit, however I've been unable to use it.
I emailed for support and got told it was wrong despite having all the email proof then that they planned to investigate it and let me know.
Problem is now too, I was waiting for them to confirm before ordering my next dose as it meant I could afford a higher dose but now it's been couple weeks so I'll have to start at .25 again won't I?
