I have been a Bolt customer since April 2024. There seems to have been a real decline in the level of service since January. Every month the money is taken from my account but the order delayed. I have to chase repeatedly to get my order processed and dispatched.
Placed a reorder for 2 months supply a couple of weeks ago. Was told the order would be processed on 30 June and the money has been taken out of my account but no order. I’m going to be late with my dose yet again.
Is it just me or is anyone else having issues? Seriously thinking of switching providers.
Mine was from my cardiologist of all people. Hadn't seen him in 6 months. He did a proper double-take and just said, 'Where did you disappear to? '
We have a great and ,humorous relationship so even though he joked, he was very happy to see me looking much healthier

Key I have found is constant tracking of every calorie. What I am focusing on now is recomposition. Lowering body fat and increasing muscle mass, which means hitting the exact right amount of calories is critical. I have stuck with on 2.5mg and MJ since I started on Feb 19th.
