Coffee shop order
It's one of those tiny markers. You walk in and what comes out of your mouth is different from 6 months to a year ago, without even thinking about it.
What are you ordering these days?

Happy Monday!
Let's start the week with a non-scale victory. Something that isn't a number on the scale - more energy, better sleep, a habit that stuck, clothes fitting differently, a walk you couldn't do before. Big or small, share it below and cheer each other on!
Mine would be: trust the slow start. The first month or two can be the hardest, and you will sometimes feel like you want to quit... DONT!!!
What would yours be?
There's a moment of standing in the changing room going 'no chance' and then the trousers slide up without a fight.
Anyone got one of those moments? If you feel comfortable, please share it with us :)
Weekend movement thread!
Steps, walks, workouts, stretching, dancing in the kitchen - anything counts. What's your plan to move this week, and what keeps you motivated?
We've just added something to the tracker we reckon you'll enjoy. Pop your latest weight in, and it'll show you what you've lost in real-world terms. A sack of spuds, a bunny, who knows what you'll unlock.
It's a bit of fun, but it's also a great way to mark the little wins, because the number on the scale doesn't always tell the full story.
So here's the ask. Have a go, then drop a screenshot in this thread and tell us what you have lost :)
This isn't a leaderboard. Every loss belongs here, whether it's your first object or your tenth. Maintaining counts, too. We're just here to cheer each other on.
Give it a go and show us below 🥳
Appreciate you all.
Mine was from my cardiologist of all people. Hadn't seen him in 6 months. He did a proper double-take and just said, 'Where did you disappear to? '
We have a great and ,humorous relationship so even though he joked, he was very happy to see me looking much healthier
What's a compliment that landed in a way you weren't expecting?
The flat weeks are where it's won or lost, I reckon. I try to look
at the habits rather than any one number.
What keeps you going when it feels stuck?
Hi Bolt Family :)
We rolled the Bolt app out recently and, like anything new, there's still plenty we want to build. There are already a few features in there that we're proud of, but the people actually using it day-to-day are the ones who spot what we might have missed (it could still be in progress). That's you.
So this is the home for all your app ideas. I'll read every comment and promise to share the suggestions with the team.
To keep it useful for them, a rough steer when you comment:
A few housekeeping bits:
Fire away. No idea is too small or too daft.
Thank you
Stan
Mid-week food thread!
Drop a photo or recipe of something you're loving. High-protein meals, easy lunches, snacks that keep you full, eating-out wins, all welcome.
Steal ideas, share yours.
For me it's a long walk with a podcast. Doesn't feel like a
workout, but the steps add up and my head's clearer after.
What's yours? The thing you'd do even if it didn't count.
The trick for me was finding swaps I actually look forward to, not
ones that feel like punishment.
What's a swap that genuinely hits the spot for you?

Breakfast used to be toast and a rush out the door. Now I'm after
something that actually keeps me going till lunch.
What's your go to? Looking to steal a few ideas.
Mine used to be half-finished takeaways and an old jar of pesto.
Now it's lined up like a soldier parade. Greek yogurt at the front, chicken portions on the shelf, water bottles in the door.
What's something in your fridge right now that's genuinely surprised you?

Sleep keeps coming up in conversation. Some people are sleeping
deeper, some lighter, some no different.
How's it going for you lately? And has anything helped you wind
down of an evening?

Appreciate you all.
We made it to Friday.
How did the week go? Wins, wobbles, what you learned, and what you're trying next week. No judgement here, just honest support.
Noticing a pattern with people on this journey, walking creeps up without anyone making a thing of it. Drive less, walk to the shop, get off the bus earlier.
Has your default mode of getting places shifted? Or are you having to force it consciously?
