Incorrect/Missing TARIC Codes?
I have bought lots of stuff from Buyee before from electronics to plushies, but my most recent order a few months ago of a bunch of plushies has been met with purgatory.
It has been sent to me and sent back by my EU countries' postal service 3 times now because of what they told me was "Missing TARIC info".
I had mentioned this in a support ticket I issued when it got sent back the first time and for the other two attempts I tried different postage options. But now I'm down a fair bit more cash and have nothing to show for it.
Overall I'm just confused. I've bought plenty of stuff without a hitch before and now I'm really confused as to why a package from Buyee is just missing info and can't get sent to me at all.
Did I miss a memo? Is there something new that I have to fill out myself? I have all of my shipping info filled out on the website. At this point I'd like a refund but if there is something I'm missing I really really do want to know.
